HOWARD BRAGEN

Singer/songwriter, guitarist…………….
Howard Bragen has been a musician since the early seventies working in Britain and on the continent as well as being a regular at London's Marquee Club. He's appeared on radio and television and played at The Reading Festival.
In the eighties Howard played the London pub rock circuit with his band "Between 2 Rivers" releasing their first single Diamond Mining in 1988 with some considerable success on local radio.

He's made 4 solo albums The Rothko Room (1992), From The Edge To The Weir (1994), D Samba (2002), and now the latest release 'Looking At Now Through Then'

The first two are "song albums" but D Samba features instrumental composition for the acoustic guitar and whilst the earlier works are fundamentally in a rock genre the instrumental album moves into jazz and latin territory.
Looking At Now Through Then brings Howard back to singer/songwriter mode and his seasoned writing brings some stand out songs that include several radio friendly tracks that should grace the airwaves on both sides of the Atlantic.

In addition to his solo records Howard was involved in a recording project Song For Peace featuring amongst others Dave Gilmore,Bob Fripp and veteran US artist Richie Havens.

He also has TV appearances and added a programme for HTV playing acoustic guitar for Cardigan studio producer and singer/songwriter Jon Turner to his CV.
